Structures could lead to various health problems during construction or usage. Especially choosing wrong materials during construction may cause adverse effects on human health. The chosen materials may have direct effects on human health as well as it may have indirect effects on human health because of such reasons like reactions between air and materials. The purpose of this study is creating a compilation of studies which is about the impact of building materials on human health and then is to analyse literature. Also in this study, it is aimed to prevent health problems might be encountered in buildings and negative effects that may occur by means of the articles that describe the relationship between human health and building materials. In this regard, the literature has been analyzed and the results have been presented to the attention of readers
