ANTRENMAN ÖNCESİ TAKVİYENİN DENGE VE BENCH PRESS PERFORMANSINA AKUT ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu araştırmada, direnç antrenmanlı erkeklerde 30 dk önce alınan antrenman öncesi takviyenin (AÖT) denge ve bench press performansına etkisinin tespit edilmesi amaçlandı. Çift kör çapraz deneysel model uygulanan araştırmaya direnç antrenmanı deneyimi olan (yaş: 18,50 ± 1,17 yıl, boy uzunluğu: 176,00 ± 4,47cm, vücut ağırlığı: 74,50 ± 6,02 kg) toplam 12 erkek gönüllü olarak katıldı. Katılımcılar 3 araştırma koşulunda (AÖT, Plasebo ve Kontrol) farklı günlerde rastgele olarak testlere dahil edildi. Katılımcıların baskın ve baskın olmayan bacak denge performansı Stork denge testi ile bench press performansı 1 maksimal tekrar bench press (1 MT BP) testi ile ölçüldü. AÖT koşulunda ölçümlerden 30 dk önce katılımcılar 16 gr (Arjinin 5000 mg, Beta Alanin 3500 mg, BCAA 2000 mg, Sitrülin 1000 mg, Taurin 800 mg, Kafein 210 mg) AÖT’yi 200 ml su ile aldı. Plasebo (PL) koşulunda ise ölçümlerden 30 dk önce yapay tatlandırıcı ilave edilmiş 200 ml su verildi. KG koşulunda herhangi bir uygulama olmadan katılımcılar ölçümlere alındı. Verilerin analizinde Friedman ve Wilcoxon testleri kullanıldı. Katılımcıların 3 araştırma koşulunda ölçülen 1 MT PB performansları arasında anlamlı farklılık belirlendi (Ki-Kare = 20,140; p < 0,05). AÖT koşulundaki 1MT BP, KG (Z = -3,078; p = 0,002) ve PL (Z = -3,061; p = 0,002) koşullarından anlamlı düzeyde yüksek iken KG ve PL koşulları arasında anlamlı farklılık yoktu (Z = 0,000; p = 1,000). Baskın bacak denge performanslarının araştırma koşulları arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklı olduğu saptandı (Ki-Kare=11,167; p<0,05). AÖT koşulunda baskın bacak denge performansının KG’den istatistiksel olarak daha yüksek olduğu (Z = -2,747; p = 0,006) ancak PL koşulu ile AÖT koşulu arasında (Z=-0,784; p=0,433) ve KG koşulu ile PL koşulu arasında (Z=-1,804; p=0,071) anlamlı farklılık olmadığı tespit edildi (p>0,05). Baskın olmayan bacak denge performansı araştırma koşulları arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklı bulundu (Ki-Kare = 6,500; p = 0,039) ancak ikili karşılaştırma sonuçları araştırma koşulları arasında anlamlı farklılık olmadığını gösterdi (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak, direnç antrenmanlı sağlıklı erkek bireylerde 30 dk önce alınan AÖT’nin 1 MT BP performansını artırdığı, Stork denge testi ile ölçülen denge performansını ise sınırlı düzeyde geliştirdiği söylenebilir.
