EĞİTİM 4.0 KRİTERLERİ ve TOPSIS UYGULAMASI İLE EĞİTİM KURUMU DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Öz

Dünya çok büyük bir değişim içerisinde, endüstri 4.0 ve bileşenleri iş dünyasını, ekonomiyi, üretim ve hizmet sektörlerini çok hızlı bir şekilde etkilemekte. Değişim ekonomi ve çalışma hayatımız ile kalmayıp çok hızlı bir şekilde sosyal hayatımızı, eğitim sistemimizi değiştirmektedir. Endüstri 4.0 ve içerdiği yeni teknolojiler insanlara daha fazla zaman yaratırken, bu teknolojileri kontrol edebilmek adına daha nitelikli insan gücü ihtiyacı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada Eğitim 4.0 olarak adlandırılan kavramın detayları, özellikleri incelenmiş olup etkili bir eğitim modelinde kullanılması gereken bileşenler araştırılmıştır. Yapılan literatür çalışması ile Eğitim 4.0 kavramının ihtiyaç duyduğu yenilikçi metotlar tespit edilmiştir. TOPSIS yöntemi ile 4 farklı yenilikçi eğitim kurumu arasından uzman görüşleri alınarak en etkili olanı seçilmiştir.

WITH TRAINING 4.0 CRITERIA AND TOPSIS IMPLEMENTATION EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION EVALUATION

Öz

The world is undergoing a major change, industry 4.0 and its components are affecting the business world, the economy, the manufacturing and service sectors very quickly. Change not only with our economy and working life but also changes our social life and education system very quickly. While Industry 4.0 and the new technologies it contains create more time for people, there is a need for more qualified manpower in order to control these technologies. In this study, the details and characteristics of the concept called Education 4.0 were examined and the components that should be used in an effective education model were investigated. With the literature study, innovative methods required by Education 4.0 concept were determined. With the TOPSIS method, expert opinions were selected from 4 different educational institutions and the most effective one was selected.
