Genç Futbolculara Akut Uygulanan Farklı Esnetme Yöntemlerinin Patlayıcı Güce Etkisi

Öz

Fiziksel bir aktivite öncesinde yapılan ısınmanın amacı performansı en iyi hale getirmektir. Elit sporcular yarışma yada antrenman öncesi kullanılan farklı ısınma teknikleri ile becerilerinin en iyisini uygulamak için isteklidirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı genç futbolcular üzerinde akut olarak uygulanan statik ve balistik esnetme çalışmalarının patlayıcı güce olan etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya 13 erkek futbolcu katılmıştır. Her bir katılımcı  bacaklar  için uygulanan hem statik hemde balistik esnetme (3 x 20 sn) çalışmalarını farklı zamanlarda uygulamışlardır. Farklı esnetme methodları öncesi ve sonrasında Newtest Powertimer sıçrama platformu kullanılarak statik ve adım alarak sıçrama testi yapılmıştır. Veriler istatiksel olarak SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile genel ısınma sonrası yapılan balistik esnetme çalışmalarının statik esnetmeye göre daha fazla güç üretimine neden olduğu  tespit edilmiştir.
