BİLGİSAYAR TABANLI SYMMETRİGRAF YÖNTEMİ İLE HENTBOLCULARIN POSTURAL ANALİZİ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı; hentbol branşındaki elit sporcuların postural analizlerinin bilgisayar yazılımı kullanılarak incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (ODTÜ) ve Polis Akademisi erkek hentbol takımlarında mücadele eden sporcular (n=35) oluşturmaktadır. Sporcular, yazılımın belirlediği “iyi postür” olarak kabul edilen standart postür yapısı ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Sporcuların düz bir zeminde belirlenen platformda anterior ve lateral perspektiften “1280 X 960” piksel çözünürlüğünde iki adet fotoğrafları postür analizi yazılımına aktarılmıştır. Çekilen fotoğraflar “Posture Analysis v.20” bilgisayar yazılımı kullanılarak sayısallaştırılmış ve analizi yapılmıştır. Normal dağılım gösteren verilere tek örneklem t testi uygulanarak verilerin analizi yapılmış olup p<0,05 düzeyindeki değerler istatistiksel olarak anlamlı kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre; standart postür ile vücut kitle indeksi (VKI), başın anterior pozisyondaki sağa deviasyonu, anterior pozisyonda acromion process’ler arasındaki sağa doğru açı, anterior pozisyonda clavicula’lar arasındaki sola doğru açı, anterior pozisyonda clavicula’lar arasındaki sağa doğru açı, sagital pozisyonda pelvic’in posterior eğiminde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Standart postür ile baş posturünün sagital pozisyondaki öne doğru açısı, anterior pozisyonda acromion process’ler arasındaki sola doğru açı, sağ ve sol anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS) arasındaki sola doğru açı, sağ ve sol ASIS arasındaki sağa doğru açı, sagital pozisyonda dizin hiper ekstansiyon açısı parametrelerinde ise anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemiştir (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak elit düzeydeki hentbol sporcularının üst ekstremite postür yapılarının anlamlı düzeyde etkilendiği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca uzun bir zaman periyodunda, bir spor branşında antrenman yapmanın, sporcuların dinamik ve statik postür gelişimini önemli derecede etkilediği saptanmıştır.
