Avrupa Birliği işgücü
piyasalarında esneklik ve güvencenin bağdaştırılabilmesi için güvenceli
esneklik gibi yeni stratejiler geliştirilmektedir.
  Küreselleşme ile birlikte Avrupa Birliği işgücü
piyasalarında kadınların istihdama katılımlarının artması, nüfusun yaşlanması,
aile yapısında değişimler gibi nedenlerle bakım hizmeti gereksinimi
artmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği işgücü piyasalarında esneklik ve güvencenin
bağdaştırılması için sosyal yardım ve bakım hizmetleri anahtar öneme sahiptir. Bu
anlamda çalışma, küreselleşmenin etkisi birlikte üye ülkelerde kırılgan
kümelere özgü yardım ve bakım hizmetlerinin karşılanması incelemektedir.
