Küresel İklim Mücadelesi Ekseninde Türkiye’nin Yeşil Enerji Dönüşümüne Genel Bir Bakış

Öz

Küresel iklim değişikliği tüm dünyayı tehdit eden günümüzün en önemli çevresel problemidir. İklim değişikliğinin olumsuz etkileriyle mücadele edebilmek için tüm sektörlerde sera gazı emisyonlarını azaltmaya yönelik ulusal ve uluslararası birçok girişim mevcuttur. Fakat sera gazı salımında en çok paya sahip olan sektörün enerji sektörü olduğu göz önünde bulundurulduğunda enerji sektöründe dönüşümün şart olduğu kaçınılmaz bir gerçektir. Bu nedenle ülkeler artık enerji politikalarını iklim politikalarına uyumlu hale getirecek düzenlemeler yapmaktadırlar. Bu doğrultuda enerji sektöründe başlıca hedef yeşil enerji dönüşümünün gerçekleştirilmesidir. Bu çalışmada; yeşil enerji dönüşümü uygulamalarında iddialı olan seçili ülkelerin iklim mücadelesi ekseninde uyguladıkları yeşil enerji politikaların analizi yapılmış, Türkiye’nin mevcut enerji profili doğrultusunda Türkiye’de yeşil enerji dönüşümünü sağlayacak öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

An Overview of Turkey's Green Energy Transformation on the Axis of Global Climate Struggle

Öz

Global climate change is the most important environmental problem of today, threatening the whole world. In order to combat the negative effects of climate change, there are many national and international measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in all sectors. However, considering that energy sector that has the largest share in greenhouse gas emissions is the energy sector, it is an inevitable fact that transformation in the energy sector is a must. For this reason, countries are now making arrangements to align their energy policies with climate policies. In this direction, the main target in the energy sector is make the green energy transition. In this study; An analysis of the green energy policies implemented by the selected countries, which are assertive in green energy transition practices, on the axis of climate struggle, has been analyzed, in line with Turkey's current energy profile suggestions have been developed to ensure green energy transition in Turkey.
