Desmond Enyia Ewa is a Visiting Reader in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Cross River State in Calabar, Nigeria. His present research focuses on the development of sustainable construction materials that use flexible road pavement made of asphalt modified with industrially recycled waste plastics as binder modifiers. He seeks to use his study to provide durable road paving materials.
