Farklı Kentsel Kullanımların Algı-Duygu Etkileri

Kentsel peyzajlar; özel veya kamusal çok sayıda kullanım içeren, peyzaj unsurlarının etkileşim içinde olduğu, bulunduğu coğrafya ve kültürel yapının şekillendirdiği, ekolojik ve sosyo-ekonomik çok yönlü peyzajlardır. Bu çok paydaşlı peyzajlar, peyzaj kalitesi açısından çok sayıda etkenin oluşturduğu bir çerçeve içinde yer almaktadırlar. Bu alanlar için, doğal/kırsal alanlar için yapılan değerlendirme çalışmalarından farklı bir perspektif içinde yaklaşılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada; uzman değerlendirme ile Nevşehir kenti örneğinde kent içinde yer alan peyzajlar, bu ölçekte yer alan puanlama tekniği doğrultusunda sınıflandırılmıştır. Ayrıca Etki Gridi Yöntemi ile katılımcı değerlendirmesi uygulanmıştır. Doğal ve kültürel unsurların bir arada etkin olduğu, keyif alma duygusunun algıda etkin olduğu, rahatlama duygusunun peyzaj değeri ile paralelliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Pozitif doğal ve kültürel birliktelikleri öne çıkan, peyzaj değeri yüksek, sürdürülebilir, keyif verici olduğu düzeyde dikkat çekici, rahatlatıcı biçimde tasarlanmış kentsel peyzajların kentte etkin olması, kullanıcının algısal/duygusal durumu açısından olumlu sonuçlar doğurmaktadır.

Urban landscapes; ecological and socioeconomic multidimensional landscapes that involve many private or public uses, where landscape elements interact, shaped by the geographical and cultural structure in which they are located. These multi-stakeholder landscapes are located within a framework of many factors in terms of landscape quality. For these areas, it is necessary to approach in a different perspective from the evaluation studies for natural / rural areas. In this study, the landscapes in the city in the example of Nevsehir were classified according to the scoring technique in this scale with the expert evaluation. In addition, participant assessment was applied with The Affect Grid Method. It has been revealed that natural and cultural elements are effective together, the feeling of pleasure is effective in perception, and the sense of relaxation is parallel to the landscape value. The fact that urban landscapes with positive natural and cultural unity, high landscape value, sustainable, enjoyable and remarkably designed, are effective in the city have positive results in terms of the perception / emotional state of the user.
